East Valley Physical Therapy brings nearly 30 years of experience and expertise in outpatient physical therapy services. The clinics are dedicated to highly expert care in a friendly and caring environment. Two state-of-the-art clinics currently operate, one near Banner Baywood Hospital in East Mesa and the second in north-central Phoenix near Osborn. The owners, Blair J. Packard, PT and Thomas J. Curtis, PT, DSc are seasoned clinicians with extensive experience in orthopedic, industrial, sports and aquatic physical therapy practice. Four other physical therapists, one physical therapist assistant and front and back office support personnel complete a team dedicated to professional physical therapy care.
